Can I get the same price in the store as online?

Can I use direct deposit?
YES! Just choose Direct Deposit in the checkout-shopping cart.
Can I have my camera delivered or can I pick it up?
YES! Either you can choose to pick it up or we deliver anywhere in Australia.
How much will delivery cost me?
Flat Rate of $15.40 on orders this includes insurance. Flat Rate Shipping is up to 5 KG, for anything over this weight we will inform you of the extra cost before shipping.
Are my goods insured?
YES! Your order is fully insured against loss or damage.
Do you have a bricks and mortar camera shop?

Is my camera covered by warranty?
YES! All our cameras have a genuine Australian back to base 12-month warranty with the camera manufacturer (e.g. Canon, Sony, Panasonic etc).
Do you have extended warranties?
YES! Extended warranties are available. Cannot find it on your web site? If you cannot find what you are looking for then give us a call on 02 9689 3000, e-mail us at: sales@tscamerahouse.com.au and tell us what you're looking for and we will supply a quote.
Do you Price match?
No, we do not. If someone has a cheaper price than our website then it is possibly from the grey market
Any charges for using my credit card?
Only Amex cards incur a 2% have a surcharge.
