Can I get the same price in the store as online?

YES! It is our policy to have the same price online as on shelf, just mention you have been shopping online when you come in. Need help or advice to decide between cameras? You can email us or phone 02 9689 3000 during business hours for further help.

Can I use direct deposit?

YES! We accept many forms of payment including Paypal and Direct Deposit; just choose Direct Deposit in the checkout-shopping cart.

Can I have my camera delivered or can I pick it up?

YES! You can choose the most convenient method for you. Either choose to pick it up or we can deliver anywhere in Australia.

How much will delivery cost me?

Our Standard Flat Rate is $16.00 on orders weighing less than 5 kg, this includes insurance. For anything over this weight we will contact you and inform you of the extra cost before shipping.

Are my goods insured?

YES! Your order is fully insured against loss or damage. We use only reputable courier companies to give you peace of mind that your package will be delivered safely and on time.

Is my Camera covered by warranty?

YES! All our cameras and products are covered by genuine Australian Manufacturer Warranties. This is a back to base 12-month warranty with the appropriate Australian  Distributer (including but not limited to Canon, Sony, Panasonic , Olympus, Nikon, Pentax, Samsung, Fuji, Ricoh, JVC, Tamron, Sigma, Lowpro, Manfrotto and more).

Do you sell extended warranties?

YES! Extended warranties are available in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty just add it to your shopping cart when you purchase your camera.

Do you Price match?

YES! We already have some of the most competitive prices in Sydney, however if you have a more competitive price, from only genuine authorized Australian Retailers/ Distributors, let us know and we will endeavor to see what we can do!

Are there any charges for using my credit card?

Only Amex cards incur a 2% have a surcharge. Otherwise we accept all other major Credit Cards, payments via Paypal and via Direct Deposit.

Do you repair cameras?

YES! We repair all sorts of cameras, video cameras, projectors and binoculars. You will need to contact us with the specifics of you repair needs for us to properly assist you. Please call for details 02 9689 3000
